Why This Masterclass?
You can build faster than ever. So why does it still feel like you're stuck?
AI can write your positioning, plan your content and map your niche in seconds. The tools aren't the problem anymore. What stops most builders is everything else: the discipline to keep going, the judgment to make hard calls, and building without letting the business take over your family and your deen.
In one live session, I'll show you both sides: how to use AI to move faster, and what it takes to become the founder who can carry what you build.
What you'll get.
A practical, grounded session. No fluff, no hype, just what actually moves a business forward.
See what AI can actually do for you and your business today
Understand what's coming in the next decade

Learn how to build without sacrificing what matters

Taught live by someone who builds this way himself.
I'm Umar Yoosuf, a Muslim entrepreneur, thinker, and builder based in Dubai. Over the last four years I've worked closely with around 26 startups, founders and businesses across the UAE and internationally, across growth, positioning, media, content and AI.
North House Club is that same work, kept live every week: the exact support I'd give any founder, with the grounding to make it last.

What people who've worked with Umar say
"Happy Families used to be a personal practice tied entirely to my time. Umar and his team rebuilt it as a real digital business, now clients purchase my course even while I'm sleeping. It's given me my time back and let the business grow in a way that wasn't possible before."
Lisa Sherrington Boyd
Founder, Happy Families
"Umar and his team built Startup Navigator which is a startup law course with me. So grateful for the team behind it."
Suraya Turk
Managing Partner, Legal Circle
"We started with the podcast. Today we've launched Start With You, our coaching program, and we're already seeing real traction."
Dalia Kersha
Host, What She Never Said
"Three years without real momentum. With Umar's help, we've reworked our strategy, and we're finally headed in the right direction. The AI usage in our work has been mind boggling."
Shafaq Hameed
Founder, Smart Sprout
"We've worked with Umar for the last two years, growing our personal brands and our digital eco system significantly. We've also built a podcast with Umar and his team, and we're now in a great position with both our brand and our overall digital operation."
Elrona DSouza
Founder, S&K HR Consult
"Umar and his team took my personal brand to a completely different level. I'm putting out so much more value now, and proud to be seen as a real expert in what I do; a big part of that comes from working with him."
